Humanitarian organizations are already well equipped with policies, guidelines and Codes of Conduct when it comes to the prevention of sexualized exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH). Putting these policies and guidelines into practice presents a challenge for many NGOs. In four online sessions, you will learn what steps are necessary from the finalization to lived practice of their guidelines. You will discuss how to implement those steps together with partner organizations. Prerequisite for participation is the completion of provided e-learning modules.
This course will take place online on 6, 8, 13 and 15 June 2023 from 1 to 5pm each day and includes regular breaks.
